**FRIENDS, HOW MANY OF US HAVE THEM**

When it come to friendships of any nature, any one that's truly my friend knows how u feel about my small group of friends. Some of my favorite quotes on friendships goes as followed:

A friend is someone who understands your past, believes in your future, and accepts you just the way you are.”-unknown

Truly great friends are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget.”-unknown

True friends stab you in the front.”-Oscar Wilde

"True friends are like diamonds – bright, beautiful, valuable, and always in style." — Nicole Richie

My list of quotes can go on for days, but that's not the point of this post. Part of growing up is know that friends come and go, and that real friends will be there to the end right? Growing up I believe that I did a good job at picking friends because most of thee so called "Best Friends" are still around and our bonds are stronger then ever. On the other hand the two- almost three years that I've lived in Atlanta Ive came across great candidates for potentially good friends but somewhere along the line them seem to fall short! Question- is there truly an invisible code of conduct for friends? In my experiences if that book of conduct is invisible how do we make it visible so that the people with twisted interpretations of friendships can read it and understand what a "Real friend" is? OK people i don't want this to be a venting post some can i get some feed back, i have a couple of questions for you guys.

1. When looking for friends what do you look for in a person?
2.How long after meeting someone do u give then the BFF status?
3. How many times do you forgive a "friend" after they mess up?
4. Whats the numerical limit on 'BFF's"?
