** A conversation between friends**

Me and a couple of my friends was sitting around talking about love and life and the different out looks on how we felt about it, i think it was a good convo so i decided to blog part of it I Hope you enjoy!!!!!

So the question was: If love is a word that comes & goes why can't the pain leave with it?



Jstew: If the pain that loves sometimes brings leaves when the love is no longer visible... Then there would be no point of loving. If the pain suddenly disappeared when your significant others love did. Then there would be no lesson. Furthermore, if it disappears so swiftly I’m willing to bet that it wasn't love at all. Sorry got to keep it real! But let me stay on track. For with every chance you take on love there is a possible breakup that teaches you something. Granted at the time this doesn't occur to you because you’re so blind sighted by the pain that has engulfed you. Still it teaches you what u did right and what u need to work on. This is also when “me time” is a must. “Me Time” gives you that mental freedom (as well as physical) to rebuild what was broken. And by rebuild do not I do not mean build a fence around your heart. Period… no need to elaborate. After, you’ve had your space to reevaluate things, feel free to give it another go, remember the lesson but don’t dwell on the pain. Because if there were no pain life would no longer teach us anything

Dash Diesel: I Love and I agree with what you said, but i ask you this.......If you can truly erase the pain that love leaves behind without erasing the feeling of love or the memories of the relationship being that its the only vessel left to dwell on (and I truly believe that this is where you recap on the lesson to be learned) does that mean it wasn't love?

L.J: life it's self is the biggest lesson of the day and love is only 1/8 of every one's problems u must first love yo-self and date a lot of people to understand that other sex. Because people today get there heart broken simply because they don't have anyone or any notes on how boys/girls act and they fall in love w sex, objects, that... Read More person's style or just looks. You must prepare yourself for the big let down by understanding yourself n the other sex before u ever jump str8 into love or u just like my nigga here will be having a conversation like this saying how love is not for you

IF U CAN TRULY ERASE THE PAIN THAT LOVE LEAVES BEHIND WITHOUT ERASING THE FEELING OF LOVE ITS SELF OR WHAT IT AS TAUGHT U

DOES THAT MEAN THAT IT WASN'T TRU LOVE?...

Jstew: No. Because each case is different and so is each person's reaction..I don't find that to mean that it wasn't true love. Personally, when I've attempted to erase him from my past it NEVER seemed to work because my heart knew what was really good...ya feel me?

Dash Diesel: I feel ya, but in this case I'm not saying be blind to the fact that the person in question is still around and maybe a big part of our lives, or even try to erase them!! I'm just thinking that if u can be around that person with no memory of the pain that the break up caused but still get the teachings that u need from it the world of dating would be so much better and "Ice Box" wouldn't have been such a smash it....lol

That's just a sample of how deep the convo went, but let me know your feelings on the matter!!

DO U SIT AROUND AND LISTEN TO THE SWEET WORDS OF COMFORT AND THE WORDS THAT MENDS THE HEART FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS ONLY FOR THEIR ACTIONS TO RETURN TO THE WAY IT WAS BEFORE THE BREAK UP, OR DO U BE THE STRONG INDEPENPENT PERSON THAT EVERYONE KNOWS YOU TO BE BUT U FAIL TO SEE BECAUSE OF THE DECEITFUL BLINDS OF LOVE THAT ONLY ALLOW U TO SEE WHAT U WANT TO SEE AND FEEL HOW U WANT TO FEEL REGARDLESS OF THE SITUATION…..?

HOW SHOULD YOU FEEL WHEN ONE DAY A PERSON CALLS TO TELL YOU HOW MUCH THE LOVE YOU AND NEED YOU AND THEN THE NEXT DAY JUST BE REAL NONCHALANT ABOUT THE SITUATION LIKE THEY WASN’T THE ONE LEADING YOU ON WITH ALL THE WORDS THAT YOU DREAM ABOUT HEARING.

LOVE SHOULDN’T BE SOMETHING THAT U DO FOR THE MOMENT OR BECAUSE YOU THINK THAT’S WHAT THE OTHER PERSON WANT U SHOULD LOVE BECAUSE U WANT TO AND ONLY FOR THAT REASON…

I USE TO THINK THAT LOVE WAS JUST AN INSANE IDEA OF A FEELING THAT SPEADED BY SPOKEN WORD AND THEN BECAME AN EXPECTATION THAT EVERYONE WANTED BUT WHEN A FAILED ATTEMP AT LOVE ACCURS ITS NOT AN IDEA ANYMORE BUT A FEELING THAT NO ONE WANTS TO ENDURE BECAUSE OF THE PAIN THAT COMES FROM THE FACT THAT U CANT CONTROL WHO U FALL FOR AND WHY THE FALL OUT OF LOVE….

SO WHAT DO U DO WHEN THE ONE U LOVE DOESN’T WANT YOU…?DO U WAIT AROUND TO SEE IF MAYBE ONE DAY THEY WILL WAKE UP AND REALIZE THAT U JUST MAY BE THE BEST THING THAT AS HAPPEN TO THEM AND THAT THEY CANT LIVE WITH OUT U OR, IS IT THE OTHER WAY AROUND AND ITS U THAT CANT LIVE WITH OUT THEM AND U FEEL AS IF THEY WERE THE BEST THING THAT HAPPEN TO U AND U NEED THIS PERSON TO ACT AS A BACK BONE TO HELP GET THROUGH THIS TEDIOUS PROCESS WE CALL LIFE!!!!

HONESTLY WHY DO WE FALL FOR OTHER HUMANS WHEN WE KNOW THAT MOST LIKELY WE WONT SPEND THE REST OF OUR LIVES WITH THIS PERSON BECAUSE FOREVER IS A LONG TIME AND I DON’T THINK THAT AT 19 A PERSON IS READY FOR FOREVER…OR

A LOT OF QUESTIONS ABOUT LOVE GOES UNANSWERED BECAUSE PERSONALLY I THINK THAT LOVE WASN’T MEANT TO BE UNDERSTOOD JUST A LIFE LESSON DESIGN TO MAKE A STRONGER RACE OF EMOTIONALLY AWARE PEOPLE.
